What You Will Do as an Independent Contracting Therapist
As a contracted therapist with UCTS in Ohio, you will:
- Provide confidential and ethical telehealth and/or in-person clinical sessions utilizing our reliable, secure internet connection and a dedicated, private space.
- Address a broad range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and session notes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines (HIPPA, state regulations, etc.).
Requirements for Independent Contract Therapist Role (Ohio)
To join our team, you must meet the following requirements:
- Licensure: Full, unrestricted, active licensure in the state of Ohio as one of the following LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post licensure experience, ideally with experience with independent contracting model, but not required.
- Insurance: Current professional liability insurance with minimum coverage $1M/$3M.
